摘 要:为选育出适合东北地区栽培的桑黄品种,选择8个菌株为材料,通过菌丝培养、拮抗试验和栽培试验,对比不同菌株的菌丝生长特性和子实体差别。结果表明,菌株YBSH7和YBSH8菌丝生长速率最快;菌株YBSH1和YBSH4,菌株YBSH7和YBSH8之间无拮抗反应;菌株YBSH5、YBSH7和YBSH8栽培后能产生完整的子实体。综上所述,无遗传亲缘关系的桑黄菌株的菌丝生长速率、菌丝体及子实体形态、颜色均存在差异。经综合比较,菌株YBSH7和菌株YBSH8为最适栽培菌株。In order to screen suitable Sanghuangporus spp. strains for cultivation in northeast China, eight strains were used as research materials. Antagonism tests and the fruiting experiment were taking through mycelium cultivation. The mycelial growth characteristics of the strain and the difference between artificially cultivated fruiting bodies were studied. The results showed that the mycelial of YBSH7 and YBSH8 grow fastest, there was no antagonistic reaction between strains YBSH1 and YBSH4,YBSH7 and YBSH8. Artificial cultivation of YBSH3 and YBSH6 can’t produce fruiting bodies, YBSH1, YBSH2 and YBSH4 produce expanded primordia, and YBSH5, YBSH7 and YBSH8 can produce complete fruiting bodies. To sum up, there are differences in mycelial growth rate, morphology and color of mycelia and fruiting bodies of Sanghuangporus spp. strains that are not genetically related. Through comprehensive comparison, YBSH7 and YBSH8 are the most suitable strains for cultivation.
