摘 要:为研究既有钢框架柱在采用PEC(partially encased concrete)方法加固后的抗震性能,完成1个PEC柱-型钢梁中柱节点及1个钢框架中柱节点的低周往复加载试验。分析了试件的破坏形态、承载能力、梁端塑性铰区弯矩-转角曲线、延性性能、耗能能力、节点区域相关构件的应变。结果表明:采用PEC方法加固后,框架中柱节点滞回曲线呈纺锤形,试件初始刚度、承载力分别提升约40%,31.1%,且具有较好的延性性能及耗能能力;试件破坏形态为梁弯曲破坏,梁端塑性铰具有很好的转动能力。节点基本完好,实现了"强柱弱梁、强节点弱构件"的抗震设计目标。To study the seismic performance of the steel frame column after being reinforced by PEC(partially encased concrete) method, one PEC column-steel beam middle column joint and one steel frame middle column joint were tested under low-cycle reversed loading. The failure morphology, load carrying capacity, beam end plastic reaming area bending moment-corner curve, ductility performance, energy dissipation capacity, strain of key parts in the specimen were analyzed. The results show that the nodal hysteresis curve in the reinforced frame is spindle-shaped, the initial stiffness and bearing capacity of the specimen are increased by about 40% and 31.1% respectively, the specimen still has good ductility and energy dissipation ability. The specimen failure is the bending failure of the beam, and the rotation capacity is still superior in the beam end plastic reaming area. The nodes are basically intact, and the seismic design goal of "strong column weak beam and strong node weak member" was realized.
