摘 要:BYH9合金作为一种典型的CoCr合金,被广泛用于制造义齿等植入物,增材制造作为一种新兴的个性化、定制化的生产工艺,十分适合用于生产个性化明显的义齿植入物。本文中用选取激光熔化的增材制造技术将我公司生产的母合金制备成的粉末打印成了试样,研究了试样的组织性能,结果表明试样具有典型的外延生长特征,试样的性能达到了国外同类粉末打印的水平。As a kind of classic CoCr alloy,BYH9 alloy is widely applied to manufacture dentures and other implants.Additive manufacture is a emerging personalized and customized production technology,which is extremely suitable to product dentures with significant personalization.In this paper,power of BYH9 alloy manufactured by our company is printed into some specimens by selective laser melting additive manufacture technology.The structure and properties of the specimens are studied.The results show that the structure of the additive manufactured specimens is typical epitaxial growth characteristics,and the properties reach the level of that prepared from imported powder.
