禁忌搜索算法在优化MFC液化流程中的应用

摘　　要：使用HYSYS软件对混合制冷剂级联式(MFC)液化工艺进行模拟分析,利用MATLAB与HYSYS的双向连接实现对MFC的优化。选取各循环混合制冷剂组分、高低压制冷压力等22个优化变量,以比功耗为目标函数,利用禁忌搜索算法对MFC进行全局优化。禁忌搜索算法与传统的优化算法相比,具有较强的"爬山"能力并可以获得更好的全局最优解概率,目前已应用于多个领域,其最主要的优点是可以通过较少的模拟运行次数获得更好的解决方案。此外,通过更改算法步长,可以改进初始搜索模式,从而减少优化时间。选用该算法优化混合制冷剂级联式液化流程,优化后可将流程的比功耗降低为5.04 kWh/kmol。This article uses HYSYS software to simulate and analyze the mixed refrigerant cascade liquefaction process(MFC),and utilizes MATLAB and HYSYS to realize the optimization of MFC.22 optimization variables such as the mixed refrigerant composition of each cycle,high and low refrigeration pressure are selected,and use the specific power consumption as the objective function to optimize the MFC globally using the Tabu Search Algorithm.Compared with the traditional optimization algorithm,the Tabu Search Algorithm has the characteristics of stronger"hill climbing"ability and a better probability of obtaining the global optimal solution.It has been applied in many fields.Its main advantage is that a better solution can be obtained through fewer simulation runs.In addition,the initial search mode can be improved by changing the algorithm step size,thereby reducing optimization time.In this paper,this algorithm is used to optimize the mixed refrigerant cascade liquefaction process.After optimization,the specific power consumption of the process is reduced to 5.04 kW·h/kmol.
