摘　　要：纤维球过滤器是压力过滤器中较为新型的水质精密处理设备。为满足英东油田对采出水处理的达标要求(悬浮物固体质量浓度≤5.0 mg/L),选择纤维球过滤技术对油田水进行处理,改进过滤器设计,在注水罐进口并联一套自动高效快速纤维球过滤器,开展水质悬浮物固体过滤试验。结果表明,采用该技术对采出水进行后,源头水质悬浮物固体质量浓度由8.6 mg/L降至2.4 mg/L,不但满足了英东油田注水需求,而且还具有注水水质稳定、井口油压平稳等优势。Fiber ball filter is a relatively new type of water quality precision treatment equipment in pressure filter.To meet standard requirements for produced water treatment of YingDong Oilfield(suspended solids content no more than 5.0 mg/L),the fiber ball filter technology is selected for oil field produced water treatment.To improve the filter design,a set of automatic high-efficiency fast fiber ball filter is connected in parallel at the inlet of the water injection tank to carry out the solid filtration test of suspended solids in water.Results show that after treatment,the suspended solids content decreases from 8.6 mg/L to 2.4 mg/L in the injection well,not only meet the demand of the YingDong Oilfield water injection,but also has the advantages of stable injection water quality and stable wellhead oil pressure.
