摘　　要：目前,交流接触器的动作范围试验主要通过手动调节调压器进行。为了避免试验过程中的人为误差和提高试验效率,文中对试验电压的自动调节与试验结果自动判定做了相关研究,基于LabVIEW和程控电源,设计出一款新型交流接触器动作范围试验装置。试验证明,该装置能更好满足试验需求,提高工作效率。At present,the Limits of operation of AC contactors are mainly carried out by manually adjusting the voltage regulator.In order to avoid human error in the test process and improve the test efficiency,the method of automatically adjusting the test voltage and judging the test results is studied.Based on LabVIEW and programmable power supply,a new type of AC contactor action range test device is designed.The test proves that the device can fully meet the test requirements.
