摘 要:研制了满足新标准要求的防弹防刺芳纶无纬布,讨论了树脂含量、石墨烯含量、树脂固含量、靶片层数等对芳纶无纬布防弹防刺性能的影响。试验证明:当树脂B质量分数为9%,石墨烯质量分数为0.8%,树脂固含量为18%~20%时,无纬布防弹与防刺性能最优;且当靶片层数为42层时,产品的性价比最高。The bullet-proof and stab-proof aramid un-direction(UD)cloth that met the requirements of the new standard was developed.The effects of resin content,graphene content,resin solid content,and number of target layers on the bullet-proof and stab-proof performance of aramid UD cloth were discussed.The test results show that when the mass fraction of resin B is 9%,the mass fraction of graphene is 0.8%,and the resin solid content is 18%~20%,the bullet-proof and stab-proof performance of the UD cloth is the best,and when the number of target layers is 42,the product has the highest cost performance.
