摘 要:针对如何提升创新创业教师胜任特征的问题,以从事创新创业教育的大学教师为研究对象,采用文献研究、职能分析、行为事件访谈方法提取创新创业教师的胜任特征要素,并编制问卷,利用因子分析获得创新创业教师的胜任特征模型。研究发现:创新创业教师的胜任特征模型包含创新创业元胜任特征维和创新创业专业胜任特征维两个维度,其中创新创业元胜任特征维包括自省能力、社会责任感、选择判断力、职业工匠精神、团结协作能力、适应能力、压力管理能力、交流沟通能力、学习能力9项胜任特征;创新创业专业胜任特征维包括创业实践能力、科研创新能力、创新创业专业知识、教学评价能力、创新创业意识、创新创业教学能力、科研成果转化能力7项胜任特征。In order to explore how to improve the competency of university innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,taking the university teachers who are engaging in innovation and entrepreneurship education as the research subject,the competency model elements of teachers are extracted based on literature review,university function analysis,and behavior event interview,on the basis of which,the research questionnaire is developed,then the competency model of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers is obtained by using factor analysis.There are two dimensions in the innovation and entrepreneurship teachers′competency model,the meta-feature dimension and the professional feature dimension.The meta-feature dimension includes 9 abilities,such as self-reflection,social responsibility,selection and judgment,craftsmanship spirit,unity and cooperation,adaptability,pressure management,communication,and learning.The professional feature dimension includes 7 abilities,such as entrepreneurial practice,scientific innovation,professional knowledge on innovation and entrepreneurship,teaching evaluation,innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness,teaching ability,and transformation of scientific research achievements.
