摘　　要：试验建立高效液相色谱法测定水杨酸钠注射液中水杨酸钠含量的方法。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,水-乙腈-冰乙酸(197∶100∶3)为流动相、流速1.0 mL/min、柱温30℃,检测波长230 nm。结果表明,水杨酸钠在25~500 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数R=0.9997,平均回收率为99.8%(n=9),RSD为0.3%。该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于水杨酸钠注射液的质量控制。The experiment established a high performance liquid chromatography method to determine the content of sodium salicylate in sodium salicylate injection.An octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel column was used with wateracetonitrile-glacial acetic acid(197∶100∶3)as the mobile phase,a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,a column temperature of 30℃,and a detection wavelength of 230 nm.The results show that sodium salicylate has a good linearity in the range of 25~500 mg/L,the correlation coefficient is R=0.9997,the average recovery rate is 99.8%(n=9),and the RSD is 0.3%.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of sodium salicylate injection.
