摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮中纤维对竹鼠生长及肠道菌群组成的影响。选取健康状态良好、体重相近的6只竹鼠,随机分为2组,每组3只。试验组添加含0%竹茎,对照组投喂40%竹茎,试验期为45 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,在门水平上,试验组竹鼠肠道蓝藻菌门(Cyanobacteria)丰度极显著降低(P<0.01),而互养菌门(Synergistetes)丰度极显著升高(P<0.01);在属水平上,试验组的norank_f_Muribaculaceae丰度极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而Cloacibacillus极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),优势菌属发生明显的改变。研究表明,日粮中缺乏竹茎成分使竹鼠肠道菌群多样性降低,破坏竹鼠肠道菌群的平衡,影响营养物质的吸收。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of dietary fiber on the growth of bamboo rats and the composition of intestinal flora.Six bamboo rats with good health and similar body weights were selected and randomly divided into two groups,three in each group.The experimental group was supplemented with 0%bamboo stems,and the control group was fed with 40%bamboo stems.The trial period was 45 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,at the door level,the abundance of Cyanobacteria in the intestine of bamboo rats in the test group was extremely reduced(P<0.01),while the abundance of Synergistetes was extremely increased(P<0.01).At the genus level,The abundance of norank_f_Muribaculaceae in the experimental group was extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01),while Cloacibacillus was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the dominant bacteria were significantly changed.The study indicates that the lack of bamboo stems in the diet reduces the diversity of bamboo rats'intestinal flora,disrupts the balance of bamboo rats'intestinal flora,and affects the absorption of nutrients.
