不同配方饲料对盐池滩羊育肥效果及肉品质的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究同一能量水平下,3种不同蛋白水平(12.70%、14.45%、21.25%)的日粮对盐池滩羊的育肥效果及肉品质的影响。选取同期出生、同期断奶、体重相近的滩羊羔羊90只,随机分成3组(1组、2组、3组),分别饲喂3种不同配方日粮。试验期84 d。结果表明:3组总增重达到19.88 kg,平均日增重达236.67 g,极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);3组的屠宰率和GR值显著高于2组(P<0.05);3组日粮对肉品质均无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,使用能量为7.93 MJ/kg、蛋白为21.25%的3组日粮对盐池滩羊育肥效果、产肉力均优于其他组,可以作为盐池滩羊育肥饲料配方进行推广使用。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of three diets with different protein levels(12.7%,14.45%,21.25%)on the fattening effect and meat quality of Yanchi Tan sheep under the same energy level.A total of 90 Tan sheep lambs with the same borning and weaning time were randomly divided into three groups(group 1,group 2,and group 3)and fed with three different formula feeds.The trial period was 84 d.The results showed that the total weight gain of group 3 reached 19.88 kg,and the average daily gain reached 236.67 g,which extremely higher than other groups(P<0.01).The slaughter rate and GR value of group 3 were significantly higher than those of the group 2(P<0.05).The feed formulas of the three groups had no effect on meat quality(P>0.05).The study indicates that the fattening effect and meat production of Yanchi Tan sheep are better than other groups using the feed formula in group 3 with energy of 7.93 MJ/kg and protein of 21.25%,and can be promoted as Yanchitan sheep fattening feed formula.
