摘　　要：为研究复方中草药添加剂(HMA)对蛋鸡生产性能及抗氧化性能的影响。试验选取150日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡480只,分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、2组、3组在基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.3%、0.4%的HMA。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验2组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05);试验2组破软蛋率显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组、3组料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05)。中草药添加剂组血清中超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,复方中草药添加剂能够有效提高海兰褐蛋鸡的生产性能,改善抗氧化性能。To study the effect of compound Chinese herbal additives(HMA)on production performance and antioxidant performance of laying hens,in the experiment,480 Hailan brown hens aged 120 days were selected and divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and 20 hens in each replicate.The hens in control group were fed with basal diet,and the test group 1,2,and 3 added 0.2%,0.3%,and 0.4%HMA to the basal diet.The pre-feeding period was 7 d,and the formal trial period was 28 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the egg production rate of test group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the soft egg breaking rate of the test group 2 was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the feed-to-egg ratio of the test group 2 and 3 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the serum of Chinese herbal medicine additive group was extremely increased(P<0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was extremely reduced(P<0.01).The study indicates that the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can effectively improve the production performance of Hailan brown laying hens and improve the antioxidant performance.
