摘  要:为探究奶牛体况、血浆生化指标与酮病的关系,试验选择黑龙江省某集约化牧场94头围产期奶牛进行跟踪调查,根据血浆β-羟基丁酸(BHBA)浓度分为酮病组(K组)和对照组(C组)。采用GLM模式、皮尔逊相关性、二元Logistic回归模型、受试者工作曲线(ROC)进行数据分析。结果表明:围产期奶牛体况评分(BCS)、血浆BHBA、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、甘油三酯(TG)与奶牛酮病存在强相关性,奶牛分娩当天BCS>3.625、血浆BHBA>0.68 mmol/L、血浆NEFA>0.78 mmol/L时,奶牛有患酮病的风险。In order to explore the relationship between the body condition of dairy cows,plasma biochemical indicators and ketosis,94 perinatal dairy cows from an intensive pasture in Heilongjiang Province were selected for follow-up investigation.According to the plasmaβ-hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA)concentration,they were divided into ketosis groups(K group)and control group(C group).GLM model,Pearson correlation,binary logistic regression model,receiver operating curve(ROC)were used for data analysis.The results show that perinatal dairy cow body condition score(BCS),plasma BHBA,free fatty acid(NEFA),triglyceride(TG)and dairy cow ketosis have a strong correlation,the day of delivery of dairy cows BCS>3.625,plasma BHBA>0.68 mmol/L and plasma NEFA>0.78 mmol/L.The dairy cows are at risk of ketosis.
