摘　　要：2020年10月29日,武汉动物园一高龄、雌性金丝猴出现停止排便、腹胀等症状;2021年1月,该金丝猴再次出现该症状,并于1月29日死亡。为探究其发病及死亡原因,分别采取B超探查、病例剖检及组织学检查,结合临床症状确诊病因为肠梗阻,死因为肠梗阻致急性胃扩张压迫心、肺,致心、肺功能衰竭而死亡。文章旨在为高龄川金丝猴的饲养管理提供参考。On October 29,2020,an elderly golden monkey in Wuhan zoo had presented cessation of defecation and abdominal distension symptoms.In January 2021,the monkey had appeared intestinal obstruction again and died on January 29th.To fully understand the cause of its disease and death.Having used B-ultrasound examination,case necropsy and histological examination,combined with clinical symptoms we diagnosed that it had intestinal obstruction which caused acute gastric dilatation and compression of the heart and lungs,resulting in heart and lung failure.The article aims to provide references for the breeding and management of elderly Sichuan golden monkeys.
