犬继发性腹壁瘘管的诊治初探

摘　　要：患犬经病史调查、临床检查、血常规检查及病变组织观察确诊为继发性腹壁瘘管。通过手术将瘘管及周边瘢痕组织整体切除,并结合消炎治疗1周,该犬完全康复,至今未再复发。结果表明,病理管道及周边增生组织全切除术能有效根治瘘管。The dog was diagnosed as secondary abdominal wall fistula by history investigation,clinical examination,blood routine examination and pathological observation.The whole fistula and surrounding scar tissue were removed by operation,and combined with anti-inflammatory treatment for one week,the dog recovered completely without recurrence.The results showed that total resection of the pathological duct and surrounding hyperplastic tissue could effectively cure the fistula.
