摘　　要：天然气作为清洁优质的化石能源在实现“双碳”路径上扮演着重要的角色,然而天然气供需不平衡是困扰中国天然气市场发展的主要矛盾之一。基于北斗卫星技术的应用场景分析,以及液化天然气市场特征,设计提出了北斗大数据技术在天然气下游业务领域应用的总体思路、数据来源、实施难点、数据清洗、算法模型和数据可视化分析五方面内容,并从工业客户、交通用户、小微用户、加气站的角度总结了应用经验。最终,针对北斗大数据在天然气下游的应用从天然气供需平衡、供应链优化以及创新数据业务的体制机制三方面提出了建议。Despite the importance of natural gas as a clean and high-quality fossil energy aiming at the goal of‘double carbon’,the supply-demand imbalance impedes the development of the natural gas market in China.In light of the application analysis of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System and the features of liquefied natural gas markets,we performed a study on data sourcing,data cleaning,algorithm model establishment and other implementation difficulties in the downstream sector of natural gas business.According to the feedback application effect from industrial customers,traffic users,and gas filling stations,we provide the recommendations of balancing gas supply and demand,optimizing supply chains and innovating upon data techniques.
