摘 要:从分析近5年中国炼油厂工艺装置结构现状出发,阐述了在汽柴油标准不断升级及市场需求变化的背景下,中国炼油装置结构的变化主要体现为重整和加氢裂化装置规模迅速提高、加氢精制装置能力大幅增长。探讨了成品油和化工品市场及汽柴油标准升级趋势,分析了未来炼油厂的装置构成整体从燃料型向燃料-化工型灵活转变。进而提出了新型炼化企业可不再以催化裂化为核心进行炼油加工流程设计而转变为全加氢型加工流程的观点。With the upgrading standards of gasoline and diesel,and the marketing demand changes,an investigation is performed here on the future structural adjustment of refining units in China.The analysis of the refining system in the past five years exhibits the rapidly enlarging scale of reformers and hydrocrackers,and the increasing capacity of hydrorefining units.In view of the trend of product oil and petrochemical markets as well as the upgrading gasoline and diesel standards,we hold that the future refining units are to be more efficient and cleaner with refinery transition from fuel type to fuel-chemical type.It is predicted that new petrochemical enterprises will turn for hydrogenation process instead of catalytic cracking based refining.
