摘 要:压电传感器输出压电信号为微伏到毫伏级别,在声发射检测过程中,受传输距离影响,需要对传感器输出的压电信号进行预处理。为了解决在测量过程中微弱信号的远距离传输问题,提出一种信号线和电源线共用的接口设计方案,详细给出了各部分的具体设计过程,实现对低频声发射信号的放大与传输。试验结果表明,电路可以实现对1 kHz~2 MHz的低频声发射信号实现无失真的放大与隔离,满足了声发射信号传输要求。The piezoelectric sensor outputs piezoelectric signals in the microvolt to millivolt range.During acoustic emission detection process,the piezoelectric signal output from sensor needs to be preprocessed due to the transmission distance.In order to solve the problem of long-distance transmission of weak signals in measurement process,an interface design scheme common to signal lines and power lines is proposed,and the specific design process of each part is analyzed in detail to realize the amplification and transmission of low-frequency acoustic emission signals.The test results show that the circuit can realize the distortion-free amplification and isolation of the low-frequency acoustic emission signals of 1 kHz~2 MHz,which satisfies the requirements of acoustic emission signal transmission.
