摘 要:为验证2JKB-5型矿井提升机卷筒的强度和疲劳是否满足设计要求,通过运用Solid Works、Hypermesh等软件建立卷筒的有限元模型,并通过Nastran、Femfat对提升机的卷筒进行强度和疲劳分析,得到卷筒的仿真结果。通过对比仿真结果和设计的差距,对卷筒的壁厚进行优化,为相关研究和设计人员提供参考。In order to verify whether the strength and fatigue of 2JKB-5 mine hoist drum meet the design requirements,the finite element model of the drum was established by using SolidWorks,Hypermesh and other softwares and strength and fatigue analysis of the hoist drum was carried out through Nastran,Femfat.The simulation result of the drum was obtained.By contrast with simulation results and design,the wall thickness of the drum was optimized to provide reference for relevant researchers and designers.
