摘　　要：Chirp声诱发的听性稳态反应(Chirp-auditorysteady-stateresponses,Chirp-ASSR)是一种由Chirp刺激声诱发的听性稳态反应。多年前,科学家首次将Chirp声应用于听觉电生理的实验中,随着技术不断发展,ASSR的研究也在不断更新,不仅将Chirp-ASSR应用于听觉诊断的临床实践中,而且也开发出了一种新型的CE-Chirp-ASSR,在听阈诊断中发挥了重要作用。本文对Chirp-ASSR的特点、临床应用及其前景做介绍。Chirp-ASSR is an auditory steady-state response induced by Chirp stimulus.Many years ago,scientists first applied Chirp sound in auditory electrophysiological experiment,with the continuous development,the research of ASSR has been constantly improved and advanced.Chirp-ASSR was applied to not only hearing diagnosis of clinical practice,but also developed a new type of CE-Chirp-ASSR,playing an important role in the diagnosis of people’s hearing.In this paper,the characteristics,clinical application and prospect of chirp-ASSR are reviewed.
