ERAS管理与中耳手术患者术后听力恢复的相关性

摘　　要：目的探究加速康复外科(Enhancedrecoveryaftersurgery,ERAS)管理与耳手术患者术后听力恢复的相关性。方法选取我院2019年5月至2020年4月69例行中耳手术患者,将所有患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组34例。观察组ERAS管理;对照组常规管理。观察两组管理后的听力分级、听力恢复情况及对管理的满意度。结果观察组患者管理后的听力情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组听力恢复总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对管理的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、住院费用显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ERAS管理与中耳手术患者术后听力恢复的密切相关,ERAS管理能明显提高术后听力恢复,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the correlation between the management of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)and the hearing recovery of patients undergoing middle ear surgery.Methods A total of 69 patients undergoing middle ear surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into an observation group of 35 cases and a control group of 34 cases.ERAS management in the observation group;routine management in the control group.Observe the hearing classification,hearing recovery and satisfaction with management of the two groups after management.Results The hearing condition of the patients in the observation group after management was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hearing recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s satisfaction with management was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS management is closely related to the postoperative hearing recovery of patients undergoing middle ear surgery.ERAS management can significantly improve postoperative hearing recovery and reduce complications.
