摘　　要：汽车维修专业性较强,需要借助专门的技术和工具,结合维修人员专业能力和工作经验进行车辆故障诊断和排除,但是部分人员对于汽车维修新技术的接受度不高,难以应对新型车辆故障维修需要,阻碍汽车维修行业持续发展。鉴于此,论文主要对汽车维修行业发展历程进行阐述,分析汽车维修新技术带来的挑战,寻求有效措施予以应对,助力汽车维修行业高水平发展。Automobile maintenance is professional and needs special technology and tools,combined with professional ability and working experience of maintenance personnel to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle faults,but some personnel are not highly receptive to new automobile maintenance technology.It is difficult to meet the needs of new vehicle fault maintenance and hinder the sustainable development of automobile maintenance industry.In view of this,this paper mainly expounds the development course of automobile maintenance industry,analyzes the challenges brought by the new automobile maintenance technology,seeks effective measures to deal with it,and helps the automobile maintenance industry get a high level development.
