摘　　要：随着建筑行业的快速发展,工匠型建筑人才短缺问题日益突出。如何培养出满足社会发展需求的工匠型建筑人才成为建筑企业转型升级的关键。论文以建筑企业工匠人才培养现状作为切入点,分析建筑企业人才培养目标,提出适合建筑行业发展的建筑企业工匠人才培养的路径。With the rapid development of the construction industry,the shortage of skilled craftsmen has become increasingly prominent.How to cultivate craftsman-type architectural talents to meet the needs of social development has become the key to the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.In this paper,the current situation of craftsman talent training in construction enterprises is taken as the breakthrough point,the training objectives of construction enterprises are analyzed,and the paths of craftsman talent training in construction enterprises that are suitable for the development of construction industry are put forward.
