维持性血液透析病人IL-37等炎性因子的表达

摘　　要：目的观察血清白细胞介素37(IL-37)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)等炎性因子在尿毒症透析病人中的表达情况。方法选择青岛市中心医院血液净化中心的维持性血液透析(MHD)病人63例,在血液净化治疗开始前于病人内瘘静脉端穿刺针处采血,测定MHD病人血清IL-37、IL-2、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等水平;同时测定20例健康志愿者的血清IL-37、IL-2水平作为对照。结果 MHD病人血清IL-37、IL-2水平均较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=13.732、2.533,P<0.05)。MHD病人血清IL-37水平与IL-2水平呈正相关(r=0.59,P<0.05),而对照组血清IL-37水平与IL-2水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。MHD病人血清β2-MG、hs-CRP水平高于正常参考值范围。结论 MHD病人体内存在微炎症状态;IL-37和IL-2参与了MHD病人微炎症状态的发生、发展。Objective To observe the expression of interleukin-37(IL-37),interleukin-2(IL-2),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Sixty-three MHD patients undergoing blood purification treatment in Qingdao Central Hospital were selected.Blood samples were collected at the puncture point of the venous end of the internal fistula before blood purification treatment.Serum levels of IL-37,IL-2,β2-MG,and hs-CRP were measured,and at the same time,the levels of IL-37 and IL-2 were measured for 20 healthy volunteers as controls.Results The levels of IL-37 and IL-2 in the serum of MHD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=13.732,2.533;P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between serum levels of IL-37 and IL-2 in MHD patients(r=0.59,P<0.05),but no such correlation was observed in the control group(P>0.05).The levels ofβ2-MG and hs-CRP in MHD patients were significantly higher than the normal reference range.Conclusion Microinflammatory state is common in MHD patients.IL-37 and IL-2 are involved in the development and progression of microinflammatory state in MHD patients.
