金融功能观视角下的数字金融与共享旅游融合发展

摘　　要：金融与旅游都经历了中介化-去中介化-再中介化的发展历程,而数字金融与共享旅游分别是金融与旅游再中介化的典型表现形式。数字金融与共享旅游均具有显著的互联网属性,在发展机制、资源配置理念、用户群体、产品属性、价值观念等方面皆高度契合,具有良好的融合发展基础。从金融功能观的视角来看,数字金融与共享旅游融合发展的实质是数字金融的支付结算、资源配置、风险管理和信息服务功能在共享旅游场景中的具体应用。在政策与市场的双重推动下,二者的融合发展日益深化,但仍存在网络支付的安全性和便捷性有待提升、产品体系陈旧、行业信用体系不健全等问题,需要在既定的金融功能框架下,从监管主体、参与主体和合作机制三个层面加以改进。Both finance and tourism have experienced the process of intermediation-disintermediation-reintermediation.Digital finance and shared tourism are typical forms of the reintermediation of finance and tourism respectively.Both digital finance and shared tourism have significant Internet attributes,which are highly compatible in terms of resource allocation concept,user group,product attributes and values,thus have a good foundation for cooperation.From the perspective of financial function,the essence of the integrated development of digital finance and shared tourism is the specific application of payment and settlement,resource allocation,risk management and information service functions of digital finance in shared tourism scene.Under the dual promotion of policies and markets,the integra-tion of the two is deepening day by day.However,there are still problems such as online payment se-curity and convenience needed to be improved,outdated product system,and imperfect industry credit system.Within the established framework of financial functions,these problems can be improved from three aspects:regulators,participants,and cooperation mechanism.
