摘　　要：针对玻璃钢人防隔断门的成形特点以及客户要求,研制出具有多拉杆和六缸均布的机身结构,分析了结构特点;设计出针对玻璃钢制品工艺动作要求的液压、电气控制系统,通过对比例阀采用时间脉冲振荡控制以及蓄能器、主动型充液阀的配合,使压机能够实现对各种运动进行快速、稳定和精确的控制。In accordance with the forming characteristics of FRP air defense partition door and customer requirements, the frame structure with multiple tie rods and six cylinders uniformly distributed has been developed while the structural characteristics have been analyzed. The hydraulic and electrical control system for the process requirements of FRP products have been designed. By adopting the time pulse oscillation control of the proportional valve and the cooperation of the accumulator and the active filling valve, the press can realize fast, stable and precise control of various movements.
