摘　　要：本文主要介绍开式压力机采用西门子SMART系列可编程控制器,实现了99套模具选择的一种控制方法。主要由西门子CPU单元、西门子触摸屏等元件组成,完成模具选择时所涉及的行程次数及装模高度参数自动调整功能。有效的提高模具换模效率,简便工人操作步骤,属于压力机技术领域。The Siemens SMART series programmable controller has been adopted in the open press to realize the 99 sets of die selection. It is mainly composed of Siemens CPU unit, Siemens touch screen and other components. It can automatically adjust the number of strokes and die height parameters involved in die selection. The utility model can effectively improve the die change efficiency and make the operation steps of the workers simple and convenient, which belong to the technical field of press.
