摘　　要：本文介绍在中、小型电机铁芯冲片生产中,传统生产工艺过程中定子光片、转子光片和定子槽片、转子槽片的整理工艺方法。传统企业生产过程为:采用矽钢开卷—定尺—落圆—冲槽—接料,这种整理装置适用于这种工艺的冲片生产企业。在原有生产设备的基础上,以较低的投入实现了一种生产工艺的改进。我们采用了驱使工件旋转,以外圆旋转定位和内孔旋转定位两种方式的理片机构,分别称定子理片机和转子理片机。实现了定、转子冲片的连续生产。The methods used in the traditional production process for the finishing of stator light plates, rotor light plates, stator slots, and rotor slots during the core punching of small and medium-sized motor iron cores have been introduced in the text. Traditional enterprise production process: silicon steel uncoiling-fixed length-falling round-punching-receiving material. This sorting device is suitable for the punching production enterprises of this process. On the basis of the original production equipment, a production process improvement has been realized with a lower investment. Two types of chip sorting mechanisms including outer circle rotation positioning and inner hole rotation positioning which drive the workpiece to rotate have been adopted,which are called stator sheet sorting machine and rotor sheet sorting machine, respectively. The continuous production of stator and rotor punching pieces has been realized.
