摘  要:利用改良的测试皮肤脂质屏障完整性(Corneosurfametry)方法评估香波的刺激性,并和皮肤保湿和皮肤屏障功能测试做对照。结果表明,用2款香波清洗后,温和指数(CIM)值整体均降低,表明角质层的脂质屏障受损,尤其在表层2款香波之间具有显著差异,但皮肤保湿和皮肤屏障功能测试无法区分两者差异。研究结果表明,对于评估洗发香波对皮肤的刺激性,Corneosurfametry方法比皮肤保湿和屏障功能测试方法更为灵敏。The irritation of shampoos was assessed based on lipid barrier integrity and optimized corneosurfametry method.The test results were compared with those of the skin moisturizing and skin barrier function test.The results show that the values of colorimetric index of mildness(CIM)are decreased after being washed by two shampoos,indicating that the lipid barrier is damaged.Particularly,there is significant difference in CIM between two tested shampoos in the topmost layer.However,such difference cannot be distinguished by the skin moisturizing and barrier function test.It shows that,for assessing the skin irritation of shampoos,the corneosurfametry method is more sensitive than the skin moisturizing and barrier function test.
