布地奈德混液悬联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘临床药学效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘临床药学效果及安全性研究。方法随机选择2018年10月—2020年10月该院收治的200例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序平均分成两组,研究组和对照组,每组100例患者。研究组患者按照布地奈德混悬联合特布他林雾化吸入的方式进行。对照组患者进行特布他林进行雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及两组患者的症状消退时间。结果研究组患者治疗的总有效率96%明显大于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.121,P<0.05)。对照组和研究组咳嗽时间分别为(8.21±2.01)、(6.29±1.32)h,肺部哮鸣时间分别为(6.52±2.25)、(5.01±1.72)h,胸闷气促时间分别为(5.16±1.03)、(2.77±0.65)h,研究组患者咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音、胸闷气促等症状的消退时间明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=7.984、5.331、19.623,P<0.001)。结论布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘临床效果显著,并且具有很高的安全性,能够有效减少患者的临床症状,促进患者尽快恢复,在临床治疗支气管哮喘中值得推广和使用。Objective To explore the clinical pharmacological effects and safety of budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline nebulized inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 200 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,the study group and the control group,with 100 patients in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline nebulized inhalation.The patients in the control group were treated with tebutaline inhalation,and the treatment effect of the two groups of patients and the time of symptom resolution of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96%,which was significantly higher than 80%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.121,P<0.05).The cough time of the control group and the study group were(8.21±2.01)h and(6.29±1.32)h respectively,the wheezing time of the lungs were(6.52±2.25)h and(5.01±1.72)h,the time of chest tightness were(5.16±1.03)h and(2.77±0.65)h.The subsidence time of symptoms such as cough,lung wheezing,chest tightness,and shortness of breath in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.984,5.331,19.623,P<0.001).Conclusion The budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline nebulized inhalation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma,and has high safety.It can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.It is used in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.It is worth promoting and using.
