摘　　要：目的分析早期判断冠状动脉侧枝循环形成中4种血清学指标联合检测的作用。方法随机选择2019年1月—2020年6月间来该院心血管内科住院就诊并进行冠状动脉造影的80例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者为研究对象。根据Rentrop评分进行分组,并将Rentrop分级为0级或1级的患者归为不良组,Rentrop分级为2级或3级的患者归为良好组。两组患者均采用半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)、生长分化因子15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF15)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、白介素-17(IL-17)4种血清学指标联合检测,对比两组患者4种指标水平。结果良好组的Gal-3水平(0.630±0.100)ng/mL、GDF15水平(945.010±301.070)ng/L、PCT水平(0.021±0.007)μg/L和IL-17水平(8.160±1.450)ng/L明显比不良组低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.828、7.809、7.273、11.284,P<0.05)。结论Gal-3、GDF15、PCT、IL-174种血清学指标联合检测运用在早期冠状动脉疾病的判断中具有积极的意义,其可以为冠心病的后期治疗寻找有利的治疗靶点,为患者的临床预后提供保障。Objective To analyze the effect of the combined detection of four serological indexes in the early judgment of coronary collateral circulation.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,80 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who came to the hospital's department of cardiovascular medicine for hospitalization and undergoing coronary angiography were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were grouped according to the Rentrop score,and patients with Rentrop grade 0 or 1 were classified into the poor group,and patients with Rentrop grade 2 or 3 were classified as the good group.Four serological indicators of galectin-3(Gal-3),growth differentiation factor 15(GDF15),procalcitonin(PCT),and interleukin-17(IL-17)were used in the combined detection in two groups of patients,and the levels of four indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The Gal-3 level(0.630±0.100)ng/mL,GDF15 level(945.010±301.070)ng/L,PCT level(0.021±0.007)μg/L,IL-17 level(8.160±1.450)ng/L of the good group were significant lower than the bad group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.828,7.809,7.273,11.284,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of four serological indicators such as Gal-3,GDF15,PCT,and IL-17 were used in the judgment of early coronary artery disease,which has positive significance,which can find favorable therapeutic targets for the later treatment of coronary heart disease and provide guarantee for the clinical prognosis of patients.
