摘  要:目的研究脑干听觉诱发电位分析在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用价值。方法简单随机选择中国医科大学航空总医院在2018年1月—2019年12月期间收治的120例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿作为该次研究的观察组,另选择同一时间段内的120名健康足月儿作为该次研究的对照组,为两组患儿均采用脑干听觉诱发电位分析操作,对比两组患儿在不同时期内脑干听觉诱发电位值和脑干听觉诱发电位异常率。结果观察组内脑干听觉诱发电位分析值在不同时间分别为Ⅰ期(1.84±0.25)、Ⅲ期(4.56±0.34)、Ⅴ期(6.87±0.28)、反应阙(56.12±15.51),对照组内脑干听觉诱发电位分析值在不同时间分别为Ⅰ期(1.72±0.21)、Ⅲ期(4.21±0.27)、Ⅴ期(6.63±0.26)、反应阙(45.63±10.51)。观察组内患儿在不同时期内脑干听觉诱发电位分析值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.026、8.831、6.881、6.133,P<0.05);观察组内患儿脑干听觉诱发电位异常率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=28.034,P<0.05)。结论对新生儿高胆红素血症患儿采用脑干听觉诱发电位分析法进行检测,可以更加准确对患儿脑干损伤、听力的情况进行判断,从而为患儿的后续治疗提供有效的依据与凭证。Objective To study the application value of brainstem auditory evoked potential analysis in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Simple randomly selected 120 neonates admitted to China Medical University Aviation General Hopsital between January 2018 and December 2019 children with bilirubinemia were selected as the observation group of this study,and 120 healthy full-term children in the same period of time were selected as the control group of this study.Both groups of children were analyzed by brainstem auditory evoked potentials,compared the value of brainstem auditory evoked potential and abnormal rate of brainstem auditory evoked potential in different periods of the two groups of children.Results The analysis values of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in the observation group at different times were stageⅠ(1.84±0.25),stageⅢ(4.56±0.34),stageⅤ(6.87±0.28),response fault(56.12±15.51).The analysis values of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in the control group at different times were stageⅠ(1.72±0.21),stageⅢ(4.21±0.27),stageⅤ(6.63±0.26),and response failure(45.63±10.51).The analysis values of brainstem auditory evoked potentials of children in the observation group were higher than those of the control group in different periods,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.026,8.831,6.881,6.133,P<0.05).The abnormal rate of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=28.034,P<0.05).Conclusion The brainstem auditory evoked potential analysis method is used to detect neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,which can more accurately judge the brainstem damage and hearing of the children,so as to provide effective basis and evidence for the follow-up treatment of children.
