α-硫辛酸联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗膀胱颈口硬化症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的通过实验对比来研究α-硫辛酸联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗膀胱颈口硬化症的临床疗效以及其应用的价值。方法方便选择该院于2017年1月—2019年1月收治的105例膀胱颈口硬化患者,随机分为α-硫辛酸组、α-受体阻滞剂组、联合治疗组,每组35例。观察膀胱内残余尿量及尿流率的变化,进行不同方案的疗效比较。结果联合治疗组有效率97.14%均明显优于α-硫辛酸组77.14%及α-受体阻滞剂组74.28%,且联合治疗组治愈率85.71%均优于α-硫辛酸组65.71%、α-受体阻滞剂组57.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时联合治疗组患者经治疗后的膀胱残余量、尿流率均优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗膀胱颈口硬化症的有较好的临床疗效。Objective Through experimental comparison to study the clinical efficacy ofα-lipoic acid combined withα-receptor blockers in the treatment of bladder neck-mouth sclerosis and its application value.Methods A total of 105 patients with bladder neck and mouth sclerosis admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were conveniently selected and randomly divided intoα-lipoic acid group,α-receptor blocker group,and combination treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.Observed the changes in residual urine volume and urine flow rate in the bladder,and compared the effects of different programs.Results The effective rate of 97.14%in the combined treatment group was significantly better than 77.14%in theα-lipoic acid group and 74.28%in theα-blocker group,and the cure rate of 85.71%in the combined treatment group was better than that in theα-lipoic acid group 65.71%and 57.14%in theα-blocker group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the residual bladder volume and urine flow rate of the combined treatment group after treatment were better than those of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination ofα-lipoic acid andα-receptor blockers has a good clinical effect in the treatment of bladder neck and mouth sclerosis.
