循证护理对声带息肉患者术后嗓音恢复情况及满意度影响评价

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理对声带息肉患者术后嗓音恢复情况及满意度的影响。方法随机选取2018年1月—2020年1月该院收治的100例声带息肉患者为研究对象,其均接受手术治疗,以简单随机化法分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组声带息肉患者实施常规护理干预,研究组声带息肉患者则接受循证护理干预,分析两组声带息肉患者干预后嗓音恢复情况以及满意度的差异性。结果研究组患者的自主发音能力评分(8.33±0.75)分、发音质量评分(8.77±1.30)分高于对照组(6.07±0.48)分、(5.34±1.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.947、11.125,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分(94.52±3.45)分高于对照组(86.79±4.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.333,P=0.001);研究组生活质量评分(89.63±4.58)分高于对照组(81.79±5.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.863,P=0.001)。结论声带息肉患者接受循证护理干预,能够更好促进其术后嗓音的恢复,提高患者的满意度,意义重大。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the postoperative voice recovery and satisfaction of patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods Randomly select 100 cases patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to the hsopital from January 2018 to January 2020 as the research objects.They all received surgical treatment and were divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by simple randomization method.Control group of vocal cord polyps patients received routine nursing intervention,while vocal cord polyps patients in the study group received evidence-based nursing intervention.The differences in voice recovery and satisfaction levels of the two groups of vocal cord polyps patients after intervention were analyzed.Results The scores of autonomous pronunciation ability(8.33±0.75)points and pronunciation quality scores(8.77±1.30)points of the study group of patients with vocal cord polyps were higher than those of the control group(6.07±0.48)points and(5.34±1.75)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.947,11.125,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score(94.52±3.45)points of the study group was higher than the control group(86.79±4.01)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.333,P=0.001);the quality of life score of the study group(89.63±4.58)points was higher than the control group(81.79±5.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.863,P=0.001).Conclusion It is of great significance for patients with vocal cord polyps to receive evidence-based nursing intervention,which can better promote the recovery of their voice after surgery and improve patient satisfaction.
