防污漆在玻璃钢导流罩上的应用及性能研究

摘　　要：为研究防污漆在玻璃钢导流罩表面的应用及性能,进行了涂层厚度、附着力、耐高低温、耐温度冲击、耐盐雾、透声性能、防污等试验。结果表明:防污漆用于玻璃钢导流罩表面,附着力优良,厚度200μm左右的涂层可有效实现防污防腐,且在30 kHz以下,防污漆对玻璃钢的透声性能影响较小,透声损失小于2 dB。In order to study the application and performance of anti-fouling paint on the surface of GFRP dome,the tests of the coating thickness,the adhesion,high and low temperature,temperature shock,salt fog,acoustic performance were carried out.The result showed that the anti-fouling paint and the GFRP had good adhesion,and the coating with a thickness of 200μm could effectively prevent fouling and corrosion.And the anti-fouling paint has little influence on the sound permeability of GFRP below 30 kHz,the penetration loss is less than 2 dB.
