摘 要:对冷喷涂沉积金属3D打印成型过程进行分析,提出单直线扫描成型时截面轮廓的计算模型,推导出单次及多次扫描时截面轮廓的计算公式,用现有实验数据验证计算模型及公式可行,然后利用计算模型和公式研究喷涂行距、单位时间送粉量和扫描速度等参数对成型表面质量的影响。研究表明:冷喷涂沉积成型时行距为0.3~0.4 d时表面质量最好;行距小时边缘效应严重,为减小边缘效应,成型时应在外侧多打印0.5 d的实体;单位时间送粉量与扫描速度比值越小,工件表面质量越好,但此时沉积成型效率会变低。The process of cold spray deposition of 3D metal printing was analyzed,a calculation model for the cross-sectional profile of single linear scanning was proposed,and the formulas of the cross-sectional profile for single and multiple scanning were derived.The feasibility of the calculation model and formulas were verified with the existing experimental data,and then the calculation model and formulas were used to study the influence of parameters such as spraying line spacing,powder feeding amount and scanning speed on the quality of surface forming.The study shows that the best surface quality will be gained when the line spacing is 0.3~0.4 d during cold spray deposition forming;The edge effect turns serious when the line spacing is small,therefore in order to reduce the edge effect it should print 0.5 d more on the outer side when forming;The smaller the ratio of powder feeding quantity to scanning speed becomes,the better the surface quality of the part will be,with a lower efficiency of deposition.
