摘  要:由于冬夏两季特殊的气候条件以及城镇化的快速发展,夏热冬冷地区小城镇的建筑能耗普遍较高.通过改善街区形态来降低建筑能耗已经成为解决城市能源问题的一个重要研究方向,但目前该方向的研究主要集中在居住区层面,从中心商业区角度探究形态对建筑能耗影响的研究较少.为了从城市规划角度提出能够降低建筑能耗的中心商业区规划策略,本研究基于夏热冬冷地区地域气候背景,通过对小城镇中心商业区典型形态类型的归纳,采用数值模拟的方法探究在地块控制指标不变的情况下,不同形态对小城镇中心商业区建筑能耗的影响.研究结果表明,街区建形态类型、建筑数量、围合程度、紧凑度和建筑朝向,以及塔楼的位置、朝向等因素均对中心商业区有不同的程度的影响.Due to the special climatic conditions in winter and summer and the rapid development of urbanization,the building energy Abstract: In order to propose a central business district planning strategy that can reduce building energy consumption from the perspective of urban planning,based on the regional climate background of hot-summer and cold-winter zone,this study summarized the typical morphology types of the central business district in small towns and used numerical simulation method to explore the influence of different morphology on building energy consumption of central business district in small towns with the block control indexes remain unchanged. The results show that factors such as the type of block construction,the number of buildings,the degree of enclosure,the degree of compactness,and the orientation of the building,as well as the location and orientation of the tower,all have varying degrees of influence on the central business district.
