摘 要:传统空调建筑内,较好的人体热舒适水平通常伴随着高能耗.基于物联网智能传感技术在广州某中学教室搭建了外窗、电风扇和空调联动控制(三联控)系统,以室内空气温度为控制指标,先后在夏季和秋季测试了联控工况与全空调对比工况的室内热环境参数和耗电量,问卷调查了室内人体热舒适度和满意度情况.结果表明,夏季各联控工况下的预计不满意度PPD与现场调查所得整体满意度基本吻合.27℃、28℃和29℃联控工况满意度分别为76%、63%和42%,同时实测节能率分别达16.5%、31.7%和52.4%.其中27℃和28℃联控工况满意度高于对比工况的60%;而29℃工况因室内热舒适度偏低,在夏季不具有适用性.秋季联控工况的满意度达82%,且节能率达89%.相较对比工况,三联控模式可充分利用自然通风和风扇调风,有效减少空调运行时间,且改善了室内人体热舒适水平.相较夏季,在秋季运行三联控模式可达到更高的热舒适水平和节能率.In traditional air-conditioned buildings,a high thermal comfort level usually comes at the cost of high energy consumption.The triple control system for exterior windows,fans and air conditioning was built with IoT smart sensing technology in a middle school classroom in Guangzhou.The indoor thermal environment parameters and power consumption of classrooms were measured with the different triple control modes and the 26℃ air conditioning mode in summer and autumn.A questionnaire survey was synchronously conducted on the students'thermal comfort and satisfaction.The results show that the Predicted Percentage Dissatified calculated under the triple control modes was basically consistent with the overall satisfaction obtained from the survey in summer.In the 27℃,28℃ and 29℃ modes,the thermal satisfaction of indoor space are 76%,63% and 42%,the measured rates of energh efficiency are 16.5%,31.7% and 52.4%,respectively,while the 29℃ mode is not suitable in summer due to its poor indoor thermal comfort.The satisfaction of the 27℃ and 28℃ modes is higher than that of the 26℃ air conditioning mode(60%).While the 29℃ mode is not suitable in summer due to its poor indoor thermal comfort.The satisfaction of triple control mode in autumn reaches 82%,and the rate of energy efficiency is up to 89%.As the triple control mode makes full use of natural ventilation and electric fans,it can significantly reduce the air conditioning operation time and improve indoor thermal comfort.In addition,the thermal comfort level and the rate of energy efficiency in autumn are higher than in summer.
