摘  要:为了解近年黄淮海区夏大豆性状,以54份品种(系)为材料,利用描述、相关、回归、因子、聚类等方法研究了群体表型.结果表明:11种性状中,库容因子(荚数、粒数等)比株高、百粒质量、产量、节数变幅大;产量与单株粒质量、节数、株高、单株粒数呈显著正相关,相关系数依次降低;3个主因子特征值均大于1,且累计贡献率81.265%,可反映原始表型的绝大部分信息.对表型变异贡献依次是库容因子、植株因子、稳定因子,分别占比约50%、20%、10%.利用系统聚类,将该群体划分为4个群体.各类群体表型均有不同程度差异.该研究为掌握黄淮海夏大豆整体表现,根据群体划分进行优良性状聚合育种等相关研究提供了帮助.In order to understand the traits of summer soybean in Huang-Huai-Hai region in recent years,54 varieties(lines)were studied by description,correlation,regression,factor and clustering methods.The results showed that the variation of sink capacity factor(pod number,grain number,etc)was larger than plant height,100-grain weight,yield and node in 11 traits.Yield and grain weight per plant,node number,plant height,grain number per plant were significantly positively correlated,the correlation coefficient decreased in turn;The eigenvalues of 3 main factors were all greater than 1,and the cumulative contribution rate was 81.265%,which could reflect most of the information of the original phenotype.Contributions to phenotypic variation were sink factor,plant factor and stability factor,accounting for about 50%,20%and 10%respectively.The population is divided into 4 groups by system clustering.Traits of all groups had different degrees of difference.This study could be helpful for mastering the overall performance of Huang-Huai-Hai summer soybean and conducting the related research on the breeding of polymerizating elite traits varieties(lines)based on population division.
