基于布里渊函数的La取代M型六角铁氧体温度特性研究

摘　　要：采用传统氧化物陶瓷法制备La取代M型六角铁氧体Ba_(x)La_(1-x)Fe_(12)O_(19)(x=0.0,0.5,1.0),利用XRD、XPS和VSM分析其离子占位分布。基于Neel亚铁磁性分子场理论,采用非线性拟合探究了材料的温度特性,同时计算了影响居里温度特性的五种主要分子场系数ω_(bf_(2))、ω_(kf_(1))、ω_(af_(1))、ω_(kf_(2))和ω_(bk)结果表明,居里温度的计算值与实验值符合较好;随着La取代量的增加,ω_(bf_(2))和ω_(af_(1)),逐渐减小,ω_(kf_(1))、ω_(kf_(2))和ω_(bk)的绝对值变化不大。La substituted M-type barium hexaferrites with the chemical formula of Ba_(x)La_(1-x)Fe_(12)O_(19)(x=0,0.5,and 1)have been fabricated by the conventional oxide ceramic process.The conjoint measurements of XRD,XPS,and VSM were utilized to deduce the cation distribution of La-substitutions.According to the Neel model of ferrimagnetism associated with the distinct cation distribution,temperature characteristics of La-substitutions have been investigated by the nonlinear fitting method,and five molecular-field coefficients ω_(bf_(2)),ω_(kf_(1)),,ω_(af_(1)),ω_(kf_(2)),and ω_(bk),which play predominant roles in the determination of Curie temperature,have also been calculated.The results manifest that the calculated values are well coincided with the experimental data.Meanwhile,with increasing La substitutions,the molecular-field coefficients ω_(bf_(2)),and ω_(af_(1)),decrease constantly,however,ω_(kf_(1)),ω_(kf_(2)) andωbk show the relatively moderating trend.
