摘 要:感应线圈发射装置的驱动线圈大多采用传统的均匀绕制结构,这可能导致发射效率偏低。为此采用改进的非均匀绕制结构,改变磁场梯度分布,使得最佳触发位置提前,磁场径向分量增大。基于Comsol有限元软件的电磁-结构耦合模型分析了单级感应线圈发射装置的动态工作过程,对比分析传统型线圈与改进型绕制结构驱动线圈的电磁场分布、轴向电磁力等参数,进一步研究了驱动线圈结构参数对出口速度的影响。结果显示,线圈安匝数相同时,改进绕制结构的线圈产生的出口速度较传统线圈增大68%。显然,改进绕制结构的驱动线圈能够提高线圈式电磁发射装置的发射效率,使弹丸获得更高的出口速度。The drive coil of induction coil device mostly adopts the traditional uniform winding structure,which is the possible reason for low emission efficiency.Therefore,the improved non-uniform drive coil structure is adopted to change the magnetic field gradient distribution,so that the optimal trigger position moves forward and the radial component of the magnetic field increases.Based on the electromagnetic-structure coupling finite element model by Comsol software,the electromagnetic field distribution and axial electromagnetic force are compared and analyzed,and the influence of the structural parameters of the drive coil on the muzzle velocity is further studied.The results show that,when the number of ampere-turns of the coil is the same,the muzzle velocity is increased by 68%compared with that of traditional coil.Obviously,the drive coil with improved winding structure can improve the lauching efficiency of coil electromagnetic launcher and make the projectile obtain higher muzzle speed.
