摘　　要：目的:报告某地区收治的30例普通型新冠肺炎患者的临床特点,分析新型冠状病毒核酸转阴的影响因素。方法:收集2020年1月1日~2020年2月29日期间收治的30例普通型新冠肺炎患者的病历资料。记录病史、接触史、症状、体征等信息。结果:30例患者中,病毒核酸转阴时间小于10天的有10例(33.3%),大于10天的有20例(66.7%)。发病年龄超过30岁对病毒核酸转阴时间的长短有影响,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.009),但患者的性别对病情的转归无影响(P=0.70)。发病时最常见的症状为发热(29/30,96.7%)、咳嗽(18/30,60.0%)和乏力(13/30,43.3%),发热的最高温度通常集中在38℃左右,腹泻(2/30,6.7%)一般较不常见。有一半的患者存在基础疾病如糖尿病、高血压和其他疾病如脑血栓、疾病术后及肿瘤化疗等(15/30,50%)。结论:对于确诊为普通型新冠肺炎的患者,特别是发烧3天以上、年龄大于30岁的患者,核酸转阴时间延长,应考虑加强对该类患者的监护。Objective:To report the clinical characteristics of 30 patients with common COVID-19 in a certain area and analyze the influencing factors of novel coronavirus nucleic acid negative transformation.Methods:Collect the medical records of 30 patients with common COVID-19 from January 1,2020 to February 29,2020,Record the medical history,contact history,symptoms,signs and other information.Results:Among the 30 patients,10(33.3%)had a time of viral nucleic acid negative transformation less than 10 days,and 20(66.7%)had a time of more than 10 days.The age of onset over 30 years had a significant effect on the length of viral nucleic acid negative transformation(P=0.009),but the gender of the patient had no effect on the outcome of the disease(P=0.70).The most common symptoms were fever(29/30,96.7%),cough(18/30,60.0%)and fatigue(13/30,43.3%).The highest temperature of fever was usually concentrated at about 38℃.Diarrhea(2/30,6.7%)was generally not common.Half of the patients had underlying diseases such as diabetes,hypertension and other diseases such as cerebral thrombus,postoperative disease and tumor chemotherapy(15/30,50%).Conclusion:For patients diagnosed with common covid-19,especially those with fever for more than 3 days and older than 30 years old,whose nucleic acid negative transformation time is prolonged,enhanced monitoring of such patients should be considered.
