摘 要:科技创新平台运行机制建设对平台能否在创新主体间发挥协同创新作用至关重要。在分析科技创新平台协同运行机制内涵的基础上,文章构建了科技创新平台协同运行机制影响因素作用模型,对北京市科技创新平台的创新主体进行访谈和调查,通过调研分析发现:创新主体协同性、创新资源共享性以及平台组织管理模式对平台运行机制建设影响突出。由此,文章提出发挥我国制度优势,增强科技创新平台协同运行的新举措,以期为平台运行机制建设提供理论参考和对策建议。The construction of the operating mechanism of the scientific and technological innovation platform is very important to whether the platform can play a collaborative innovation role among innovation subjects.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the collaborative operation mechanism of the scientific and technological innovation platform,this paper constructs a model of the factors influencing the collaborative operation mechanism of the scientific and technological innovation platform,and interviews and investigates the innovation subjects of the scientific and technological innovation platform in Beijing.Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that the cooperation of innovation subjects,the sharing of innovation resources and the organization and management mode of the platform have a significant impact on the construction of platform operation mechanism.Therefore,this paper puts forward new measures to give full play to the institutional advantages of our country and enhance the coordinated operation of the scientific and technological innovation platform,in order to provide theoretical reference and countermeasures for the construction of the operating mechanism of the platform.
