摘　　要：2019-2023年是海油发展公司全面落实党的“十九大”重要决策、全面推进企业数字化转型的关键时期。面对海油发展整体上市的关键时期,海油发展将客观科学地评价和总结已有的实施成效,同时根据产业发展的数字化转型要求,提出未来下半期信息化建设思路和工作重点,以质量效益为主线,突出抓好协同,不断深化改革,全力推动创新,运用数字化、智能化、互联网技术推动海油发展产业的数字化转型,助力海油发展“重技术、重服务、轻资产、轻装备”生产服务型专业公司的战略转型思路,从而为公司实现可持续发展、增强国际竞争力和影响力提供IT支持。基于微服务的敏捷交付软件开发框架是公司数字化转型有力的技术支撑之一。The period from 2019 to 2023 is a critical one for CNOOC to fully implement the important decisions of the 19th CPC National Congress and comprehensively promote the digital transformation of enterprises.In the face of the critical period of the overall listing of CNOOC,the development of CNOOC will objectively and scientifically evaluate and summarize the existing implementation results;meanwhile,according to the requirements of the digital transformation of industrial development,we put forward the ideas and priorities of information construction for future,take quality and benefit as the main line,highlight coordination,constantly deepen reform,and make every effort to promote innovation.The use of digits,intelligence and Internet technology is intended to promote the digital transformation of CNOOC development industry,and help CNOOC develop the strategic transformation thinking of"emphasizing technology and service while neglecting assets and equipment",so as to provide IT support for the company to achieve sustainable development and enhance international competitiveness and influence.The agile delivery software development framework based on micro-service is one of the powerful technical supports for the company's digital transformation.
