摘　　要：新版《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》2019年10月1日起执行,对防治煤与瓦斯突出工作更加严格、细致。大兴煤矿为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,一直以来为了遏制事故的发生,对各项国家法律法规和行业规章制度严格执行,甚至是强化执行。从2010年至今未发生过煤与瓦斯突出事故。The new version of the detailed rules for the Prevention and Control of Coal and Gas Outburst has been implemented since October 1,2019,and the work of preventing and controlling coal and gas outburst are more strict and meticulous.Daxing Coal Mine is a coal and gas outburst mine.In order to curb the occurrence of accidents,various national laws and regulations,as well as industry rules and regulations,have been strictly implemented,and even strengthened.There have been no coal and gas outburst accidents since 2010.
