社区卫生服务中心门诊处方用药不合理情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析社区卫生服务中心门诊处方用药不合理情况。方法:随机抽取2020年1-6月服务中心的用药处方3000张,分析其中用药不合理处方的具体情况。结果:经调查研究发现,不合理处方239张(7.96%),包括不规范处方与用药不适宜处方两类。不规范处方类包括开具处方未写临床诊断或临床诊断书写不全;用药不适宜处方类包含适应证不适宜,遴选的药物不适宜,用法用量不适宜,有配伍禁忌或不良相互作用等,其中用法用量不适宜,适应证不适宜两种占比较多,分别为56.49%、12.97%。结论:通过做好社区处方药物点评工作,及时分析不合理用药情况,对提高医生专业能力以及责任意识均有积极意义。Objective:To analyze the unreasonable situation of out-patient prescription medication in community health service center.Methods:3000 prescriptions were randomly selected from January to June 2020,and the specific conditions of irrational prescriptions were analyzed.Results:Through investigation and study found that,there were 239 cases(7.96%)of unreasonable prescriptions,included non-standard prescriptions and inappropriate prescriptions.Non-standard prescriptions included prescriptions with no clinical diagnosis or clinical diagnosis writing incomplete.Unsuitable prescriptions included inappropriate indications,inappropriate selection of drugs,inappropriate usage,compatibility taboos or adverse interactions.Among them,the usage dosage was not suitable and the indication was not suitable were the most,accounted for 56.49%,12.97%respectively.Conclusion:It is of positive significance to improve the professional ability and responsibility consciousness of doctors by doing well the evaluation of prescription drugs in the community and analyzing the situation of use of drugs in time.
