双嘧达莫联合泼尼松对小儿肾病综合征患儿肾功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究双嘧达莫联合泼尼松对小儿肾病综合征患儿肾功能的影响。方法:2018年2月-2020年2月收治小儿肾病综合征患儿120例,随机分为两组,各60例。观察组采用双嘧达莫联合泼尼松治疗;对照组单纯采用泼尼松治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清尿素氮、肌酐和尿微量蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肾病综合征患儿运用双嘧达莫联合泼尼松,能够提高治疗效果,降低疾病复发率,且不良反应发生率较低,同时还可以使患儿的肾脏功能得到明显改善。Objective:To explore the effect of dipyridamole combined with prednisone on renal function in children with nephropathy syndrome.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,120 cases of children with nephrotic syndrome were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with dipyridamole combined with prednisone.The control group was treated with prednisone alone.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen,creatinine and urine microprotein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using dipyridamole and prednisone in children with nephrotic syndrome can not only improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the renal function of children.
