孟鲁司特钠联合灯台叶颗粒对小儿迁延性肺炎血清炎性指标的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:研究孟鲁司特钠联合灯台叶颗粒对小儿迁延性肺炎血清炎性指标水平的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治迁延性肺炎患儿68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组单用孟鲁司特钠治疗;研究组联用孟鲁司特钠与灯台叶颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白等血清炎性指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肺部湿啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿迁延性肺炎治疗中孟鲁司特钠联合灯台叶颗粒的效果显著,可有效减轻患儿炎性反应,促使其快速康复。Objective:To study the effect of Montelukast sodium combined with Dengtaiye granules on serum inflammatory index in children with persistent pneumonia.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,68 cases of children with persistent pneumonia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium alone.The study group was treated with Montelukast sodium combined with Dengtaiye granules.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The serum inflammatory indexes such as interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,C reactive protein of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The extinction time of moist rales,cough and fever in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Montelukast sodium combined with Dengtaiye granules in the treatment of children with persistent pneumonia is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of children and promote their rapid recovery.
