摘　　要：目的:探讨前瞻性护理对甲状腺肿瘤患者术后并发症发生率的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治甲状腺肿瘤术后患者198例,随机分为两组。对照组给予外科常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上给予前瞻性护理。比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果:试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性护理可明显降低甲状腺肿瘤患者术后并发症发生率,利于患者恢复健康。Objective:To explore the effect of prospective nursing on reducing the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with thyroid neoplasms.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,198 cases of patients with thyroid neoplasms were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine surgical nursing.The experimental group was given prospective nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with thyroid neoplasms and facilitate the recovery of health.
