摘　　要：目的:探讨采用八段锦及五行音乐联合干预对乳腺癌化疗患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:2020年1-12月收治女性乳腺癌化疗患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规化疗护理;观察组应用八段锦+五行音乐联合干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用八段锦与五行音乐干预乳腺癌化疗患者,可有效减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升生存质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Baduanjin combined with Wuxing music on anxiety and depression in breast cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods:From January to December 2020,70 cases of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine chemotherapy nursing.The observation group carried out Baduanjin combined with Wuxing music.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The scales scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the quality of life score was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Banduanjin combined with Wuxing music to intervene breast cancer chemotherapy patients can effectively reduce their anxiety and depression and improve their quality of life.
